Inside door handle clip bit!

What's it called?

the inside pull handle has two screws in the main bit, then a kind off barbed bit at the top that pushes into something,  but mine is missing the bit it pushes into.  Very annoying!!   Could anyone tell me what you'd call it when searching eBay, or at least show me a picture of what I'm searching for please?

The top piece with the barbs only goes in at a certain angle. Then you rotate the armrest to secure it. Often, after years of removal and refitting it wears and it won't hold so good.

There are clips that are supposed to hold the barb in place (VW 161867197 and 161867199)

I just removed mine and fitted smaller door pulls that fix with just the 2 screws and no barb.

Where did you get yours from mogs?  VW?

Did anybody find out where to get the bits from I need to now

dont forget the rubber cup it sits in, else water can make its way past into the cabin/back of the doorcard.

Did you just pull the handle off removing the door card or did it pull out closing the door?

I found some crazy quiffs to the left on here the rubbers are fine I'm missing the metal clips
