in hunt of a rear panel!

i have a 1983 mk1 that i have bought as a project, most of the body work is in pretty good shape apart from the rear panel below the boot to the bottom of the body work, i have searched the web and phoned all the companies i hav found that sell body work panels and keep getting the same answer. some of them having the rear valence but not the top half of the panel and say that its not made any more!  

there must be somewhere that still makes them, any info on this would b much appreciated
