Hood fitting

Hi, I have only joined today but I bought one from southern tops new for £200 off eBay. I'm now looking for someone to fit it for me in the Derby area

Have you got all the cables and foam seals etc?

It only came with the fabric and some new cables. Can you not reuse the current ones?

The old cables stretch at the rear, also if there old you have the added risk of snapping when re-tightening up.
Not good if your halfway through with the lid off.

The foam gaskets will need doing as a matter of course as these end up getting damaged during the removal process.
