Help

Hi my mk1 cabrio back window is leaking it is all fitted right i think but iv been told there is a rubber that slots into the back window seal witch then pushes the seal against the window stopping the leaking does any1 no were i can get one of these or has any other solution.

A clear mastik sealant can be used!

i had new roof fited and it leaked phoned the the bloke who fited it al he did was us white mastik should have used clear or black

give funkstar a nudge he got alot of stuff

you just normally mask around the area of the seal and the hood with masking tape leaving a couple mill gap and apply a quality sillicone sealant and tool smooth preferably the colour of the hood.
