Help!! I'm getting wet
First of all,Hello from a new member.
I have bought a new roof for my 86 cabby, but i am struggling finding somebody to fit it, as there is no way i am going to even try it myself.
I'm based in the northwest (sunny southport)
Does anybody know of anyone who can help me?? No idea!
Thanks

hi and welcome , better put up some piccies of the cab.
as far as the top is concerned, its not that hard honest! i did mine last week full of intrepidation and was pleasantly suprised.
Official Cabrio/Cabriolet FAQ | VW Vortex - Volkswagen Forum
follow that, it works, but it does make it seem trickier than it is.
if you get someone to do it remember that your not going to get chance to sort out those little rust spots that will be revealed when the top comes off.
two of us did the job in a day.
if you need any other info let me know
cheers
