Guess what ? Cabby roof questions inside ;)

Heya !
I got some nice pics of my roof and… what's wrong on it.
I need some advices to get that sorted (even more with this soooo nice rainy weather we have right now… south of france is not always shinny Yay !)

Driver's side

I have at least 1cm of difference between driver's side and passenger.
I tried to solve that with the eccentrics but got nothing new
When i close the roof, the J hooks are 1cm on the right of the holes they need to be in ! Means my roof is something like a…parallelogram?

Do you think my roof is dead ? Can this be done by the wire missing only on this side (ok on passenger side)?
