Gti chin spoiler on 1.1?

Does it look good, just been to GSF to buy a normal one for the G1 they only have the G1 GTI, so I bought it.

Do they look OK ? hoping they dont look stupid because its not a GTi.  :dontknow:

they look okay on a non gti. apparently they are effective above 100mph, so no worries there matey.  :wink:

they look huge amounts better. very get awayable on lesser powered cars too.

IMO they look good  so long as you're not running a skinny wheel/tyre combination.

ive got one on my 1.1 and it looks fantastic, ive even had people think it was a gti...untill the colour and the 4 doors gave it away :dontknow:

Not wishing to put a damper on this….agree they look great…but, they do get knocked off very easily on speed bumps, car ferry ramps, garage driveway slopes etc. I've always swapped em for Mk 2 spoliers, which are much less fragile, but not at all original.
…..Guess I'm a Philistine….
