Golf windscreens?

Hi folks, my tintop needs a new windscreen, are cabby windscreens the same? There is a place pretty local to me breaking a cabby and i'm thinking of getting the screen? Just wanted to check it will fit. Aldo are cabby petrol tanks the same, as i have a feeling mine has sucked flat!! the joy of golfs!!!  

All MK1 based cars have the same windscreen (Jetta, Cabrio, Caddy etc) but some where tinted. They can still be bought brand new for @?60

I believe cabrio tanks are different but very early ones are the same :dontknow:

Also note that the GTI and carb ones were different but then later ones used the same type :dontknow:
 
Where are they breaking the cabrio?

Cheers fella, my grandad found it its a place in wolverhampton, havent actually been there yet so not sure what there like. Think i might just stump up for a new tank but get the windscreen. My grandad thinks he said they are breaking 2 there  :dontknow:

I'm actually more Walsall way, not far at all. Unfortunatley i'm an imposter at the moment not got my golf on the road, probably wont till i'm 20 in July. So i'm driving a Mk3 Polo GT, faking it as a MK1 GTI driver
