Fitting Series 1 clocks in a series 2 dash

Im after putting series 1 clocks in a series 2 dash.

Before i buy them, will they fit straight in the series 2 dash? And can i use the same speedo cable and all the electrics etc?

Any help would be great.

how do you mean series 1? do you mean the dual round pods, cos if so they wont fit the later dash without a lot of modification

you'll have a fair bit of wire splicing, plus you'll need to custom make some kind of bezel for them, the early dash bezel is a different shape

series 2 loom into a series 1 dash is proving a begger yes
