Excessive wind noise

Wasn't sure where to post this but i'm having trouble with excessive wind noise in my mk 1 cabrio. It was broken into a couple of months back and i had to get the 3/4 glass replaced on the passenger side and the glove box needs replacing. Ever since then whenever i travel at sppeds over 60mph i get excessive wind noise. I think it is coming through the windscreen dimister vents on the passenger side of the car but not 100% sure, i was wondering if it could be due to some other damage. Can anybody help with suggestions of what might be wrong/how i could fix the problem?
