electric hood woes ...

Hi all

the electric hood in my 1987 cabbie refuses to do it's thing and I'm currently pushing it up and down - not fun.

The hood mechanism piston appears to leak oil -

1. can it be fixed - new seals?
2. Where can I get a replacement piston?
