early bumpers in plastic - fibreglass??

hello,
       does any one no if there is a company that makes the early bumpers in plastic or steel? i want the early bumpers on the golf but in black! i have seen the style i like on ebay but the seller has questionable feed back!

any ideas people??

I'm assuming you mean the small metal bumpers? VW Heritage do black powdercoated repros. It says 'out of stock', but that's just the brackets, which you can order form CrazyQuiff's.

Alternatively, ring up CrazyQuiff's, and get a bare metal bumper kit for around £400, and get it painted/powdercoated. :mrgreen:
