Driver seat bolster

Does anybody know where I can get a drivers seat bolster from - I am after the piece that sits opposite the door.

Really I would like new but not sure if anybody does them anymore??  :dontknow:

Oh yeah - forgot to say my car is a mk1 golf cabriolet 1991. I think some of the bolsters were different in some of the mk1's   :D

Bolsters for the cabrio are still available from VW, they aren't that cheap though. They are the same part as the Mk2 GTI too.

I have just called VW and they say they are now obselete so can no longer order them.

If anybody happens to have a good drivers seat bolster that they want to sell please let me know  :D

Get a spare set of seats from a scrappy and swap the bolsters over - passenger inside goes on driver's outside……?????

From what I can recall (I had a  mk2 a few years ago) the foam and bolster are in one piece. Should be a piece of cake.
