dose a manual roof ie the outside of it will it fit on to an electric frame ???????

If you mean the top cover vinyl or mohair then yes.
You can convert a manual frame car to electric but it involves welding in brackets, so it's easier to put a manual frame on to an electric roof car and disconnect the hydraulics etc.
