dashboard question

Are the instruments from a normal S1 the same as S1 GTi ones, bracket etc. (not the colour)

Yup they are from what I can see- only gti ones have a rev counter and the others don't!!?

Speedo max speed and rev counter red line area change depending on model

One more thing…

In this pictures, the black trim around the instruments, did it only come in GTI S1 dashes as a 2 piece? Or the normal GLS had just the one piece?

My GTI S1 is missing that part. (Black trim around the instruments)

 

The vinyl ones were 1 piece
