Dash board

So ive just found out i used to have a blue dash. some thicko decided to spray it black  

how can i get it back to original?

People do some weird things! All I can think of is a rag with a little bit of something like paint thinners or lighter fuel on it, and try and test a VERY VERY small, not seen area and see what happens???

i was going to try a head gun to see if it crack up then could wipe it of ?

However you approach just be very VERY careful mate, you dont want to bugger it up......

i would look at getting a new dash, if its been painted you are only going to make it look a right mess in the end.
