crome/ small bumpers?

Hi anyone know if you can buy carbon/ crome etc bumpers? or something a bit smaller than the original?

will do :-) prob a silly question but when you take the original bumpers off there are small black clips which hold the end of the bumpers on the car. How are these secured to the body? As if i get small crome bumpers ill need to get rid of them!
