Crap! Color code? Any ideas?

Hi!


I cant find the right colour code for my car.

The original sticker has been peeled of and replaced by a sticker from a paintshop (that is closed by now). The paint code on that sticker has been scratched off by purpose and right beside that there is a quick brush of another color.

I've come to that the car must be
L97A or LK5Y
The original color - floorpan/trunk is more gryish than the paint on the outside that has a little more blue into it.
I am going for a full repaint and i would really love to match the right color the car was born with (the colour beneath the carpet..)

As the car has been imported in the 90'es Volskwagen Denmark dont have any data of the orignal color  

What do you think? Personally i think it is born with L97A which is an orignal color for a Golf 1 Cab 1980…
