Clipper Rear Bumper Rusted off!

Hi all when changing the petrol tank on my Clipper the whole rear bumber fell off it was attached at one side by some screws. Now off completely there are the two rusty legs which go into the body of the car sticking out. The fibreglass outer will probably be alright if I can get a new metal insert to go inside. Can you help me with advice on this, where to get the right parts for the job etc? Also where can I get a front splitter from?

Stick an ad in parts wanted or there are a  few cabbys being broken at the moment so might have what you need.
