Can anyone recommend a MIG welder

To weld 1mm steel body panels e.g. doors, arches. Gasless preferred

That's a MIG welder not a person that does MIG welding.
I have a SIP handymate and it's sh*t.
I also have an arc welder but it wont do 1 mm steel

Clarke will do the job. Never used gasless myself, heard it was a bit rubbish so I got the proper stuff.

Never heard a good word about gasless migs but i have never used one.

I've used a Clarke from Machine Mart for years. Done me proud never tried gasless, have seen pics of other peoples efforts with them in the past, and they weren't good.

i'ma  clarke fan as well

again never used gasless so not to sure about that one

I bought a clarke 151en and its pretty good.. used gasless and gas and to be honest gas is easier and cleaner but gasless does do the job.. just not as nicely

Could it go low enough for 1mm steel for panels etc.

Yea Clarke is good for the money but use a good quality gas like argshield rather than CO2 for welding thin metal

I got a MIG welder for my birthday so I'm going to keep it and do the body repairs
It's a Wolf MIG 140 gas/no gas.
Good value for money and it does the business
