Cabby rear window removal...Help!!

Has anyone got a quick and simple method for removing the rear passengerwindow glass on me cabby?? Thought about a brick, which is fine on the doner car but not on me brown1… Any ideas can't find me haynes at the mo…. :dontknow:

trouble is most are siloconed in place, if you dont need the seal cut the seal and use the seal on the doner car, thats quite simple but the doner having a decent seal is the next the problem as its likely to be parished as its on a doner car, but then saying that could reverse the idea smash glass on main car and cut the doner cars seal to keep glass intack and save a decent seal, other wise pray its not been silconed and remove it the correct way

You don't need to cut any seals in the cabby, just remove the quarter card and have a look on how it's fixed to the lift mechanism.

I know what you mean Mate.
It may be necessary to loosen the B pillar seal and partly remove to allow extra space.
There Is a how to on removing the seal, but should give an idea.

been a while since i did this but take the slot seals off then if you open the window you should be able to get to all the fixings, and it just comes out. pretty sure you dont need to loosen any other fixings. you may have to spin the glass 'nose down' to give you room.

Thanks for the help guys, am I right in thinking there is a clamp at the bottom of the glass that  holds the glass to the wind mechanism?? If so is it a case of loosen wiggle and shake to get it out??

thinking on it some more, i vaguely recal i had to undo the regulator from the car to give me enough room? maybe. not much help I know…
