cabby rear shelf

was wondering the best way of getting/making a new rear parcel shelf for the cabby

the current one I have on the rivage that I have just got is a bit of a homebrew affair and has been warped beyond all recognition

have searched online to no avail

Just remade one for my car using 6mm mdf. Remove the two braces and keep the 4 fitting rings (you really need these). Mine too had bowed wickedly, so remove the carpet and lay the old twisted board on top of the new mdf and mark around ( i used the missus to add extra weight) then just cut it out and refit all the hardware. Hammer the rings over to form a flat. Then cover with acoustic box material…

mine looks superb and much better than the original item
