Cabby door gap adjustment

I've had a look about but cant find anything relating to the problem I have,

The top of the drivers door where it meets the roof, at the point of the fixed window.
The gap is bigger between the a pillar and the door on this drivers sid ethan passenger, causing a lot of wind noise at speed.

I have tried pushing the whole frame (around the fixed window) in with the door open but it just moves back again.

Does anyone know if it can be adjusted? When I push it, the vertical part of the frame seems to move below the doorcard?

I dont want to push it to much in case it breaks the fixed window!
