Starting off with the roof leaking at two front corners.

Check the header seal, on top of windscreen is clean and no tears. Id always clean and get some vaseline applied to revive it. If this one is buggered its is expensive.

Then make sure both you handles for the roof are tight enough, simple screw/locknut arrangement, but dont over tighten if it feels too tight its is.

If the roof is old they can sort of shrink so you develop a little gap on the front header, if so may need a new roof. But hopefully if all above is ok, then you just need to replace the foam gaskets over the front doors. If you need to you can double the gaskets up to deal with an excessive gap. GAskets where still available from stealer.

try the post below for a how to.

as for the window seals Id try crazyquiff.

As djheap, has stated, if the water is dripping in around the roof handles and onto the seats etc, I would suggest the roof has gone porous. This happens over time and the water seeps through the material and collects in the channels that make up the frame and eventually drips through.
The main job of the foam gasket seals are to keep out the dust, wind etc.
Some folks have changed the foam gasket seals and said it has cured the dripping. :dontknow:
This did not work for me and the only solution was to change the hood.
Best thing I ever did.
How old is the roof?
You could also check the seals for splits etc, you could contact funkstar on here, as no doubt he would have some seals.

Cheers so far

the hood is brand new, I got it done a few months back so it may be the form seals??? I will have to have a proper look today while it is dry

Okay
if the hood is brand new and not letting in the water, check the foam gasket seals, there should also be a section of sillicone sealer arond the front screw hole about 2 inches backwards.
Some times the hoods can be tight and the front may not be contacting with the header seal properly.
You can make sure the end of the first seal actually makes contact with the corner section either end of the seal.
You can also adjust the concentrics to throw the hood/frame forwards to close up the gap.

mine did leak thru the foam gaskets, this is the stuff I used. took a while to find stuff same spec as the vag seals. I do the hard work so you dont have to lol
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150230609897

however that wasn't the only place it leaked :( I also had porous roof problem. what happens is on some types of hood theres a line of stitching from front to back where the side parts are attached to the middle part. on the underside of the roof there is a strip glued all the way along this which keeps the water from seeping thru the stitches, on mine this had come unglued and was allowing water thru. if the hood was in good nick it would have been an easy fix, but unfortunately it was ripped elsewhere. in the end i replaced the hood skin with another one and that completely solved the issue.

also a tip for you, when you come to refit the rubber seals to the metal channel, you need to run a bead of  sealant from the front around 20cm or so towards the rear, otherwise they'll still leak. the stuff you should use is a special black kinda gear which never hardens, same stuff you need to use around the rear screen when you put a new hood in.  you also need a line from the outside of the header seal to around 10cm towards the middle on both sides if you ever replace the top header seal.
