budget respray

hi can anyone recomend a painter in bucks, oxfordshire, northhamptonshire as im in need of a budget respray i just want to freshen up my gti cabby as its a red one and the paint has fadded and its had paint before and some panels are a slightly different shades any help or advice welcome thanks

could get it mopped which will cut a layer of laquer off the car but is only microns were talking, not alot, im a painter and i also mop cars on the side for about ?50 - ?80 which includes a good wax after.

ohh and i work in northampton but live on beds/northants border

the words budget and respray dont usually go together. trouble is if you pay for a cheap job the quality of the job wont be very good, same with most things, you get wot u pay for. and as for ur origional question, i'm afraid i dont know of any good bodyshops up there :?  :roll:

I suppose they'll paint half the car for half the price
