Boot lid wont shut...help and advise please

Hi All

I've just had the brakes done and sorted out some dodgy electrics and thought I was good to get the car back on the road. Got something out of the boot and now it won't "click" shut and flaps about…its never done this before…anyone had this issue before and know the solution?

Is this a tin top or floppy ?? The seal for the boot could of come away a little, this hapened on my tin top, not sure about floppy's though dude ?

Sorry forgot to mention…its a floppy  

Try closing the latch with a screwdriver to see if it locks,

If not get a new lock
