Blocked rear Drain hole
Hi, this morning i got in my car and drove down the road, put the brakes on and it was like niagra falls!!!!
Since then i've spent my day at "work" checking the drain holes.
Front two are clear and operating correctly. Rear passenger side is clear as i sourced it from the back of the wheel arch and gave it a blow "so to Speak".
Drivers rear is well blocked, so i ran a piece of flexi cable up there from the back of arch, stops dead about a meter in, NO JOY
I'm considering pulling or cutting back the headliner to attack it from where the pipe connects to the drain hole. Gonna replace the liner in time.
Don't wanna remove the liner completely for one blocked drainhole, where abouts can i make a small incision to access the connection for a quick fix?????
I have no idea where to Cut, help!!!

Have a feel around - should be able to feel where the flexible tubing connects to the metal drain. It's about 20cm behind the front of the rear 3/4 window and about 10cm in.

Be interested in how you get on with this, as I got in the Golf the other day, white shirt on heading of to work and drivers seatbelt was covered in rusty water (which I hadn't noticed), it had drained from the sunroof gutter on drivers side (overnight parked facing up a steep hill), down window and behind panel. Spent all day with a lovely sash effect over my shirt. Quality.

Got the same problem on mine too, like Chinese water torture yesterday!!
Where are the rear drain tubes then, and , more importantly where do they terminate.
Bloody car is doing my head in
:x
