Aftermarket seats

Hello everyone. The drivers seat in my cabby is a bit past it, the foam is breaking away and there are massive holes in the cloth , plus the beage cloth interior is not desperately sexy is it now.

Im looking for suggestions for an alternative, aftermarket seats, second hand VW seats or maybe just a good refurb company to do my own seats up a bit.

Has anyone here tried fitting aftermarket seats, are they a pain or do they generally fit ok?

Like i say, any suggestion welcome, just pondering at the moment really.
