aero wiper fitting?

Do not know if this is the right section for the question, please move if needed.

I got some aero wipers for the golf, fitted in about 15 seconds, work fine. I'm just not quite satisfied with how the passenger (driver for most of you) wiper fits the windscreen at the bottom. The first inch of blade on the outside (closest to the wing) doesn't touch the window … till it gets halfway up it's stroke  :dontknow:
anybody have this? wiper defect? got them from "wiperblades"
