'93 Golf Cabrio alloy wheel badges and dash trim
Hi There,
I live in Sydney Australia and am having a beach of a time trying to find the wheel badges / hub caps for my 1993 Golf Carbio MK1.
I'm not sure if this same VW alloy was sold in Europe or not so this might be a wild goose chase but its worth a shot. Its the little plastic VW cap in the middle of the wheel. I've lost 2 of these now!
Also trying to find the dashboard surround. A previous owner pulled out the stereo and put a crappy tape deck in its place before selling it. As a result the plastic surround has been broken and glued back together again. Also the clear instrument (binnocle?) cover was split and reglued. Some pics:
Split left and above car stereo
Cracked around screw hole on right side
Cockpit clear plastic cracked down the middle and reglued
Parts are hard to find here in Oz and my mechanic said the UK might be the best place to find these.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You can pick up parts like this on ebay easily. All you need to to is get hold of a seller that is willing to post out to you. I'm sure you can find most parts at scrap yards though if you get pushed.

Thanks for the reply. Haven't had any luck in finding it at any breakers here in Oz. Anyone in the UK you can recommend? Will have a look on ebay UK as well. Thanks for the tip.
