weather control

hey hey
everytime i turn the cool air on the center fans are too hot like the air is coming from the engine bay and it takes round 5 minutes to start blowing cool air.
so this mechanic pulled out a valve and bypassed it with a u-shape line back to another.

it did work. the cool air blows right away.
but now when at cruising and i have to speed up…
as soon as i floor it the center fan just quits and only comes back on as i ease off the accelerator.

what's happening here?  :dontknow:  :dontknow:
what ever we did… would it do more harm?

do i really need hot water running through the AC system?
