VW 2.0 tsr rebuild and conversion on k-jet HELP PLEASE!

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and have tried looking before asking but am finding it tricky to locate the information I am after.
I am getting my hands on a 2.0 TSR engine to rebuild and install.  It will be going in my MK1 caddy sport, which has the stock JH 1.8gti engine(all standard atm)

1 .Is there a guide to rebuilding these engines, which parts to use?
2 .I think from my research that the engine should drop in and run, however I am assuming that to give it the extra fuel I will need to up the overall pressure of the k-jet system on the side of the metering head rather than achieving this by the 16v WUR mod as I have seen? If so what sort of pressure am I aiming for?
3. Other than the distributor adapter ring what other bits will I need to get it up and running?
4. Is timing standard until you start messing around with high lift cams ?

Please post up any useful links and anything that will help me in this process.
