vacuum pipe with check valve / where from and how much?

I fitted my newly powder coated rocker cover yesterday and noticed my oneway valve is cracked and has been badly bodged by the previous owner. :-(
It seems the valve with the two nipples for the vaccum and the pipe that goes to the master cylinder is one piece, does anyone know if you can just buy the valve and what the likely cost is - it looks expensive but I suspect a common part to break?

ETKA shows the description as: "vacuum pipe with check valve"

CHECK VALVE

I'm guessing the part number I need is this: 172611931C

Thanks in advance, Guy

Hi Guy,

Couldn't private message you so hope you dont mind me tagging onto your post.

Basically I need the same check valve & pipe that you needed. Did you just take the part number to VW in the end?

Thanks,

James

i used a mk3 golf one with bits of rubber hose and the like. basically as long as its all air tight youre fine, main thing to worry about is that the lines dont collapse under vacuum
