Trouble on start up when warm

My golf seems to have a problem starting up when warm. Its fine from cold, starts 1st time no problems, but once its warm it starts, and misfires until i give her a couple of revs and then it clears.

Yesterday I went out in her for a while then came back home, left her for around 10 minutes and went to put her back in her garage but she would not start. I ended up having to jump start her because I ran the battery flat trying to get he going. Eventually on the jump she started but misfired again.

HELP!

at a guess I'd say fuel accumulator,but should start after about 7 turns, not run your battery flat

It could also be leaky injectors.
