mk1 golf GTI karmann with a mk2 golf GTI 1.8 16v - 40DCO

hi all just need your opinions. I have a mk1 golf GTI karmann with a mk2 golf GTI 1.8 16v in her. I was thinking bout taking the injection off and fitting 40DCO webbers. What do you all think? thanks johnboy16v

Why would you remove the injection to fit carbs?

well i just love the sound and i think it will look nicer. I know it will lose a bit of power but there has to be other ways not to lose it! well fingers crossed.
