Timing Guide

Anyone know where I can find the rather helpful timing guide that was on this forum?? Ive looked at it a few times now, but since the change over to the new design I cant find it!!

It was done a while back, a forum user has written a step by step guide to timing the GTI engine. He does it on a 1600 I think, but it is a very comprehensive guide with pictures too. Anyone seen it? And if they have, do they know where it gone and where one could find it?? Thanks!!

I was just searching for 'timing guide' which as you can imagine threw up quite a few results!!
