tappets?

I have noticed recently that when I start my car up and reverse out of the drive I get a tapping noise

It's worse when the engine is loaded. When I start the car up it's not that noticeable, but when I let the clutch out and start moving it gets noiser

I haven't really noticed it in other driving situations

Is it anything to worry about?

CV joint inner worn

or

pinking

or check your exhaust manifold gaskets… the same noise happened to me and that's what the garage tracked it down to   :y:

It could be that manifold gasket as it seems to be when the engine is under load when reversing out of the drive
