taking about 10 seconds to start

Hey Guys,
My 1989 mk1 cabby is taking about 10 seconds to start whether hot or cold.
any ideas what i should start looking at to start eliminating things?
its been like this for over a year, but my ex has been borrowing it and havent needed to sort it until now.

its a 1.8 kjet

Warm up regulator or 5th injector maybe?

leaky injectors

pull the plug off the 5th injector, see if that helps. blue one in the end of the inlet manifold
