Sudden Miss-Fire

Hi all. Ok, for the past few months i've been driving without a problem. Yesterday going to work started out as normal. About 3 mile into the drive it just started miss-firing. Turned back and went home. All the plugs look good, and get a spark when taken out. Thought it might be the rotor as looked worn out, so changed that and the Cap. Still the same. This morning i pulled each lead off while ticking over. Only on #4 did it have no effect. Any ideas before i change things that dont need doing.

get new leads and plugs too, make sure the bits you buy are bosh or beru though cheap stuff doesnt last:

you could try swapping another lead to #4 to see if it starts firing?

Hiya. Read this and went back out there. Swapped 2 leads but still seems #4 has no diff when pulling lead off on tick over. Seems to surgest a Plug then lol

yarp! whip it out first see if there is anything obvious wrong, swap it to another cylinder. if problem moves, yay its the plug. if not, oh dear

After all that it WAS the Plug lol. Cheers everyone. At least i got some new bits on the ol girl now
