starting problems

i've got this mk1 gti cabby 1990 nice looking from the outside,but mental on the in. let me start my story and send every1 to sleep. when i try and start her ,hot or cold ,wind or snow she takes about 10 mins, which i have got to rev her or she drops of. ive ad her serviced,new petrol tank,petrol pump, leads,plugs, and maybe soon distribution…….please is there any1 out there who knows the no ,all i want to do is gett her sold and buy a mk1 gti a reg in good nick ,and this cabby is holdin me back

could be the injectors dribbling which might explain the starting problems
