starter motors

hi anyone know if  the 1.5/1.6/1.8 starter motors are the same fitment

hi im wondering the same i got one of each but havent looked yet.

mines is sticking on my campaign been offered one from a 1.5 ill prob remove mine to compare just thought id ask

yes all same fitment, but k-jet requires a proper k-jet starter as they have 2 terminals on. some early carbies have 2 terminals on too due to the point ign though

thanks mate for the info .i just bought a  nos bosch one on ebay and guy says it came with a 1600gti that he broke ,so i hope it fits my campaign

should be fine then, when it arrives just check the spade terminals, one should be labled 50 (chunky red/black) the other 15 (smaller black wire)
