runnung problems with clipper

hi everyone
got a nasty probelm apperead couple of days ago, car sits on idle but when you put the gas on it splutters and jerks all over the place. im running a webber and have removed jets and blasted them with cleaner,cleaned the carb in general but no joy,changed filter,replaced leads and plugs,checked for air leaks.but cant seem to find the problem  :x  . any advice would be great

Don't know for sure, could be over fueling my dellorto does similar if the choke is pulled over. :?

Projekt Frustration :

 White 1991 Clipper. Lowered over polished zender rims, Single 40 dellorto on lynx manifold, kent cam, full stainless 'zorst / manifold, powerflex bushed and braced. Not the fastest car, but sounds super nice!

Still going after 12 years… never said it was a quick fix! Time is not my friend.

you could have a small rupture on your undercar fuel lines.. it'll be sucking in air bubbles at that point.

or you have crap in your tank and that is stiffling the amount of fuel the pump can deliver.

cheers for the reply,
not too sure about over fuelling cus it runs like a beast when you put the pedal to the metal and tick over is fine,i think il have a look at the fuel lines,havnt seen any leaks but il take look anyway,could it be lift pump?,seen a few people mentioning them
