ringing noise from bay

Howsit guys

Im new to this forum and to modding so here goes

There is an irritating ringing noise whenever i revs go over 1500 rpm.  what could it be?  

also sometimes after i get of the accelerator quicky like when i want to brake the revs drop way low then it kind bounces until it settles again at about 600rpm i know this it to low.  what could the problem b?

Can you record it using a camcorder of phone and upload it to photobucket etc so we can have a listen?

My best guess with the current info would be something contacting something else thats rotating or vibrating in sympathy…..need more info.

telephone in the engine bay???    get a vid / sound recorning up, the higher the quality the better as it could a whole host of things

is the rad cowling securely fixed?
