Possible leaking injectors, leaking after you shut off the engine and draining past the piston rings into the sump!

There's not a lot of ways fuel can get into the oil really. Cold start injector leaking, pouring fuel into the system, rich mixture or an injector leaking where an intake valve is open (or closed if you then crank the engine over). So I would say sitting for a while or only running for a few minutes, these are the places you have to look. Don't be running it before draining and changing the oil as washdown will cause ring wear.

Hi mate, as your engines been stood for a while maybe piston rings have sealed to pistons allowing fuel not burnt to pass straight through into sump ? only other option would be to check mixtures not to rich, does it start up easy or is it struggling ? had similar problem with mine but non of the above was causing my problem as i took head off to check piston rings , still can't get her running though ! let me know how you get on your cure might lead me in the right direction, good luck.
