Overheating...still

new fan switch, top hose still super heated and steam spewing out overflow

1.7l cis
 

temp gauge in cockpit says ok though…friggin weird

any ideas chaps?

sounds like an air lock or blockage somewhere mate, try draining the system and flushin it out with a hose, then re filling making sure to get all the air out

Heater on hot when filling, i had mine shut and had same problem
