Are you saying the garage failed to fix the issue? What did they do, adjust the mixture screw but see no effect on the mixture, or something else? I assume you're not going to pay them unless they fix the car, or have you already??

OK I'm confused what your plans are - to try fix it yourself using help from the forum; or to let the garage fix it. They've had the advantage of a fully equipped workshop and the car in the workshop and able to run a battery of tests on it, and all the forum has is a couple of lines of description from you.
There are a few other things which can cause too high mixture, the main one on a K-Jet car is the fuel pressure being wrong; but blocked air filter or induction pipework might also play a factor.
I am guessing you don't have a fuel pressure gauge? Does the garage…..???

1) its over fuelling , had garage try to set it up on co2 machine and they cant do it , said its way too much fuel going into it
2) is there suppost to be an earth strap from the coil to rocker cover , if there isnt one will this make any difference?
3) i have a poor spark… sometimes on turn over its like having a flat battery
4) on the top section of the metering head there is a device that has a pipe coming off it and heads towards inlet and has electric plug that goes into it , well on mine its not there the other pipe it blanked off and there is no electric plug anywhere on the loom for this to fit .
5)its miss firing, had pressure check done and when it does actually tick over its not too bad
all help very much appraciated i dont want to sell or strip it , i took it for mot and it only needs wheel bearing, brake pipe

1st check the injectors, then change the wur, then the metering head. ideally you need k-jet fuel pressure gauges to check everything over, otherwise you're just guessing!
plenty of infos on here about testing the injectors so get searching
