I always use Motul fully synth.
Oh and NGK plugs, I know that wasn't the question but I thought I would mention it.

This is a question that's asked on here quite regularly
i think the true answer is any good quality oil i was advised by TSR performance to use a good quality multigrade the big secret is regular oil changes and filter change i would recommend every 3000-4000 miles
these engines where designed to run on a basic multigrade oil in the first place. oil technology has had to move to satisfy the all singing all dancing performance engines of today, im not sure a fully synthetic oil is the right choice as TSR said never to use a fully synthetic oil, why? i don't know.
