Oil and water gunk looks like cat spew

Hi Dub lords, recent new engine and radiator, while taking off vacuum pipes to try fix my idling problem I have found gunk in the breathers right up too the rocker and to the air box, ummmmm somebody mentioned over cooling is this normal???  :twisted:

normal if car only does short trips
