mk1 cabby cracked head??? head swap q's.....

hi there guys i have a 1992 sportline and i believe the head is cracked as white and blue powder keeps forming on the oneside..

its a ABE 1.8 digifant engine with a number on head which is :

026 103 373 AA  and 55 written vertical.

i have an engine out of a 89 1.8 k-jet cabby.
they look identical (except intake and fuelling of course)
but the numbers on this head are:-

026 103 373 AA but it has 60 written vertical..

now i would like to know :-

will this head fit or will there be problems?

and what is the difference between the two (jus to explain the difference in numbers)

any help would be much appreciated..

it will fit fine, only thing you may have to do is swap the injector inserts over and maybe block the extra vac nipple between injectors 3 & 4 if fitted and you dont have anything to plug into it
