injector flow for 1600GTI 1981

Hello, in 8 days, i will restart my engine after 7 day of rebuilding. I sent my kjetronic to revise and check if all is working in good conditions.

I wanna know how is the flow for fuel injectors for a Golf GTI 1600 from 1981?

I'm looking for a flow in milli-liter/minutes or cc/min or ther, i can do the conversion !

this isnt an easy one to test because the amount of fuel depends on the angle of the metering head air flap. just do the fuel injector test in the guide to the left that should be enough for you

When i test mk kjetronic, it delivers 103cc/min at full load, i think it's no enough

there are no figures for injector cc/min, what you need to do is check the system, control and residual pressure at the metering head. you can check the fuel pump flow in cc/min too if need be, if all these things are correct then you're all set.

with the injectors all you check is the spray pattern and the volume from all 4 is equal, and that they dont leak when the metering head is returned to the resting position
